#Install required package

tar xzvf lzo-1.08.tar.gz
cd lzo-1.08
./configure
make
make install

wget http://aleron.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/openvpn/openvpn-2.0_beta11.tar.gz
tar xzvf openvpn-2.0_beta11.tar.gz
cd openvpn-2.0_beta11

./configure
–enable-pthread
–enable-iproute2

make
make install

Test Crypto:

./openvpn –genkey –secret key
./openvpn –test-crypto –secret key

For Linux 2.4.7 or higher, if you installed from the tarball, enter the following command to configure the TUN/TAP device node

#mkdir /dev/net
#mknod /dev/net/tun c 10 200
modprobe tun
